Campings and cottage settlements can be found particularly near rivers and lakes.

Other types of cheap inhabitation are hostels, boarding-houses and colleges. You can settle down there during the summer holidays and they are really cheap. The price varies between 8-10€. Czech Republic also dispose with one of the biggest offer of castles in Europe, which are suitable for wealthier clients.

The price range of accomodation in Prague

So, how about the prices of accomodation in Prague? The prices in the colleges vary from 8-10€. You should know that prices are not the same during the whole year. The difference in prices can be even 50%. If you want to get cheap accomodation, come to Prague between the beginning of January and the end of March. Of course, this period does not include The New Year's Eve. The prices increase in the main tourist season, between April and August.
